Sam Levitz FurnitureWillful destruction of property/switching furniture

On 5/18/2021, furniture was delivered to my apartment at 2660 n alvernon way apt a208, tucson, az 85712. Upon completion of the delivery, I immediately noticed damage was done to the furniture (two chair) attached to the 5 pc dining room set as the deliverers was exiting the apartment. I examined each piece of furniture as it was brought into my apartment and there was no white markings on the back of two of the chairs as it was brought in. I then sat down in the swivel glider recliner and it felt like I was sitting on a piece of concrete with a piece of fabric thrown over it. The glider recliner had to be switched from the glider recliner I chose in the store. It is my contention the willful damage to my property as well as the switching of my property is a willful act to deprive me of ethical fair trading as well as consumer rights and protection. I want the 5pc dining set and the swivel glider recliner out of my apartment now please! Please do not sent the same deliverers to my home. You can see the damage w/o photos
