QuikTrip - Filthy store

The QT on Ft Lowell and Oracle in Tucson Arizona has been filthy inside and out for nearly 3 months now. There are druggies, prostitutes, homeless hanging around both inside and outside of the store, tonight like we always do, my kids and I walked in after their dance class to get drinks and snacks and as we walked in there was someone vomiting really loudly in the mens bathroom. Was such a turn off we wanted to run back out of the store! The place has really been filthy outside lately, then new crew never power washes anything like the last crew did, and there are loads of undesirable folks hanging around outside. Inside, if you are brave enough to go to the restroom there are women literally getting high in the bathroom stalls wearing no shoes and spending forever in the stalls talking to no one, there is blood and feces all over the stalls and the toilets and the floors! There was even a syringe in one of the toilets. The store area is sticky and there is spilled sodas and garbage and flies everywhere. The fountain drink area never gets cleaned up anymore, the old crew used to clean the soda machine parts and clean out the ice catch below with warm soapy water, now the dirty ice piles up and soda is spilled all over the counters. The store has also been out of the big foam drink cups for nearly 2 months, the white peach fountain tea has been out for nearly a month and there is no sign saying that it is out of order, several other soda choices are also out of order, the kiosk to order food from the kitchen is broken, and there isn't anyone who works there that seems to care how bad the place has gotten. It makes me sad because this is where my kids used to enjoy going after their class but things have gotten so bad that we don't really want to return. Please help!

Desired outcome: Please teach all crew members to clean both inside and outside and make the people outside leave please

QuikTrip - I was robbed at the counter while paying for my purchase

I pulled $180 out of the ATM walked over to the counter to buy a money order. Cashier said 183. And change. Before the Cashier pick it up man came up to the counter and grabbed it and took off. I am having a hard time taking full responsibility for this. With COVID-19. This & out of work I can't take it aloneI financially I can't make this $ up

Desired outcome: To have my money returned to me. I want to put it with the COVID-19 then this and I don’t really understand How was just a given amount my money. I’m hoping somebody will do the right thing
