Visited Burger Kings The girls did not know the type of fish sold, found out after my order. Told me to pull up and wait for food. The menu in dr through said fish meal 5.49. They told me 10. I told the girl I want hot fries.& tartar sauce on fish with xtra to the side. Got food, fries cold, no pickles 3 balls of lettuce & no tarts sauce. Girl Said they were out. Got $ back. Mngr had bad attitude. Customer lost.
Desired outcome: I could not accept food, was below standards. Mngr told me I had to come in to get a refund. overall a terrible experience
