I purchased a battery pack and charger and both were not functioning products. The only help I received was to be rudely brushed aside and referred to the manufacturer. When the manufacturer could not assist me, I was referred back to Trend Times to obtain a refund. Alex, the manager, would not listen to my needs and was rude and condescending when I was trying to speak and acted like I was the one being rude. When I asked what the policy was for obtaining a refund, he first told me they didn't do refunds and after I pressed the issue he said he would have to email me the procedure, which I have never received. I would seriously think twice about doing business with a company who can only be helpful when one is ordering a product.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
            
I totally agree. This company is AWFUL! We received a cheap, overpriced remote control Hummer from them for $98. It broke within the first day. I just want my money back. However, their "return policy" lists many of their toys that they don't take back and for what they do take back they charge a %25 re-stocking fee.
