I wanted to do the 7 day trial to see what it was like being around this community, so on the seventh day when I was supposed to be charged I requested for the subscription to be terminated, complaining all day through email. Tried to call as well which was 0 help. The card still isn't removed, and not even a month later is charging me again. I need my credit card to be removed immediately. This is an unwanted service.
