Went to pay for my order and it was missing the two items I normally get. I asked for guacamole and was under the impression that it would be comped due to the fact there was missing items. The cashier or person preparing the bowls never mentioned that it would be an extra charge. When I walked back to the cashier, I was disgruntled because it’s 2.55 per extra bowl. Half the time the orders are missing half the amount of rice and chicken or beans. Your standards are not equal. Sometimes I see other people getting more chicken or rice/beans in comparison to my orders. It is not equal. When I called the restaurant, the girl sighed in the phone and answered it like as if she didn’t want to be there. Get your things in order. You’ve lost my business. My family’s business and I’ll never, ever order from your restaurant again. I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years. You’ve completely changed. No customer service at the Prescott valley location. I ordered today and the idiots you have working for you should be fired. It’s pathetic.
Desired outcome: I want my money back. I threw the bowls in the trash out of anger. I’ll never return. Ever.
