Photo of truck attached. At approximately 150 PM on Nov 25, 2019 the truck identified in photo by identification number on trailer ran a red light on 43rd Ave and Lower Buckeye heading west on Lower Buckeye road. If not had been the decision of driver heading south on 43rd Ave would have been hit on driver side. The light was not yellow, it was red, and based upon speed limit would believe driver was speeding. Photo taken and as I passed the cab of the truck the driver smoking a cigarette little regard for safety. Making you aware of potential safety risk with driver.
