Went to us bank inside the Safeway to deposit cash. ATM malfunctioned and did not deposit the cash or return it to me. I called the number provided on receipt and they stated that it would take up to 10 business days to complete the claim. What claim? Your ATM malfunctioned and should correct the transaction immediately or at least within the day. Not good! If it doesn't get fixed by the end of the day, I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBC.
