In-N-Out Burger

Ordered number 1 with large Diet Coke, also flying Dutchman’s animal style with lettuce and tomatoes, with a large Diet Coke. Had everything correct on the order when we paid at drive thru went to the next window to get food and was asked if we would like ketchup, told the girl yes and asked for extra napkins. When we ordered food they asked if we would be eating in our vehicle and we replied yes. We got the food and it was boxed to go no big deal but we had to ask for lap mats. Once we parked and opened up the box there wais no ketchup, no lettuce, tomatoes, or grilled onions on the flying Dutchman’s and no utensils were given to eat them with. We eat here at least once a week and this time we were disappointed. Our order number was 146 on 6/14/23 transaction #4334 in Phoenix [protected]
