At my prior visit I complained about the loud and percussive "music", it was lowered, but continued to increase my headache.
Today (March 6, 2024), I walked in the facility to the loud sound they call "music". Headaches plague me and the minute I walked in, the loud percussive music assailed me, complemented by lyrics that seemed to be speaking of violence. This atmosphere increased my headache. I had to walk out of the facility.
I find the person whom others ask for directions, to be unhelpful, cold, disinterested, uncaring, perhaps too busy, I don't know. At my last visit, I was asked, somewhat rudely, to leave on the dot of 4 p.m. before what I thought was the end of my appointment. I saw that person leave the facility before me and saw her again at the traffic light of Glendale Ave. & 16th Street, where she was on her cell phone.
Desired outcome: I shall call my insurance to find out whether there's another physical therapy facility, if not, I don't know what I'll do.
