Accelerated Web Solutions - Close the company down.
This products was sold to my 88 yo father without him understanding what he was getting into. He is in a nursing home and unaware of what he is agreeing to. This company takes advantage of the elderly. I have called multiple times to try to cancel the $350.00 a month charge with no success - we now will have to cancel his credit card to stop the billing. You can not speak with a company representative and they do not return phone calls.
A horrible company to abuse the elderly, they should be shut down.
Just as quickly as I hit the button - a representative of Accelerated Web Solutions reached out and contacted. He completely understood my frustration and resolved the issue immediately. I do feel that they (the company) did nothing wrong, I feel that my father may have wondered off into something that he did not understand. So, I wanted to remove this complaint but I can not... so please do not take heed in the complaint that I filed...this company is very understanding and very ethical.
After speaking with you on Friday 11/05/2021 we have agreed to close and cancel the website services that were purchased with our company.
As mentioned, our customer support office is open 8am-6pm Monday through Thursday and 8am-4pm on Fridays. In order to reach our support staff it is important to call during these office hours to reach our staff.
Soon after your message was received 11/05 our staff immediately called you and canceled the services as requested.
We do not "abuse elderly" we feel that statement does not accurately represent our company or our company standards.
As of today 11/08/2021 all services have been canceled and refunded.
We appreciate you reaching our to us and allowing us to resolve this with you.
