Ruth's Chris Steak House

As above I took my wife to the Scottsdale Az location on her birthday August 23rd of this year. Within 6 to 8 hours later we was both vomiting and had diarrhea. Wife recovered pretty quick, I took a little longer and took the next two days off. I called the restaurant back and told them nothing happened, I got a call right after I emailed corporate and only then the manager called me back. He told me that he had opened something with a third party insurance you have, promised me a gift card which I have not received.

Your insurance called and I was on the other line, left me a message and I have tried calling them back and leaving messages on 6 occasions. As a long time customer 15 years and I cannot explain the frustration due to either being ignored of incompetence.

I am trying this one last time.
