Family Dollar - Employee behavior

To whom it may concern:
On Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at 8:47 p.m., I, along with my husband, visited the Family Dollar store # 5102, located on 1800 East Ash Street Globe, Arizona. As my husband, and I, entered the store, and proceeded to go towards one of the aisles, the cashier shouted out "leave your purse at the counter!" I said, "excuse me?" He said, "you need to leave your purse with me." I told him I wasn't going to leave my purse with anyone. He then told me to "take my purse out of the basket and carry it." I told him I wasn't going to try and carry my purse while also pushing my basket. He then said "no put your purse in your car and then come back in." I asked him what his deal was?.. and why he was harassing us? He said "Lori." I said Lori what? He said Lori told him to watch us. I asked, "watch us for what?" He said for stealing. I told him he needs to get facts before calling a judgment like that... I informed him that Lori, which is another one if your employees at store# 5082 located on 2250 US-60 no.1 Miami, Arizona, had been harassing us because she was obsessed with my daughter and my niece and wanted to be in a relationship with one of them, but that neither of them wanted anything to do with her and that was her reason for acting so ridiculous. I told him that none of us had ever been in trouble for stealing anything and that I didnt appreciate him calling us thieves. All this happened in front of other customers, which made me very upset. Also there was customers in the store with huge purses yet they weren't told to leave them at the counter. I then told him that I had heard enough and I asked him for the number to another manager I could talk to about his actions. He said that he is the manager and that he is the only manager. I asked him what his name was and he refused to give it to me. I then told him I wanted the number for corporate. He told me that if I wanted to talk to someone I could talk to him. I said no thank you and once again asked for the corporate number. He told me that he's busy and I could wait. I told him I'm not going to wait... I'm taking my purse and I'm going to go shop and if he had a problem with that to call the cops. I then preceded on to do my shopping. I got my items to purchase and got in line to pay. When I got up to the counter, before I could even sit my items down he (the cashier) yanked a piece of paper from the register and wrote a number and a name down, folded it, and slammed it on the counter. I told him he needs to calm down and then he started screaming at the top of his voice saying that he is the only manager of the store and that it's his store and he can run it however he wants [censored]ing wants to. My husband told him to stop speaking to me that way. He then started to argue with my husband. I told him to ring me up, so we can get out of there. He rang up my items throwing them on the counter, bagless. I had to ask him to put my stuff in a bag and when he did so, he threw it back on the counter instead of handing it to me. He also didn't give me my receipt yet he shoved my change back in my hand. The name on the paper was Chris, so I'm assuming this is his name, since he refused to give it to me verbally. This type of behavior is unacceptable. Chris and Lori need to be properly dealt with. They shouldn't be allowed to treat customers like this. I am not the only one that has to deal with this type of thing. I have talked to quite a few other people, whom have told me that Lori does this to them too. I can get signatures from these people, stating this fact, if needed.
Lori has been harassing us for quite some time now, but she is now having others do it too, and I refuse to tolerate it anymore because of that very reason.
We have went out of our way, just to not have to deal with her, this being going to the store she doesn't work at, except she has changed from one store to the other multiple times. Every time we went to the store, if she was there, we were harassed by her. She has called us names, walked around the store with us, even went as far as patting my husband down.. flipping out his pockets when he had done nothing wrong.. and she was allowed to do this because she was the manager and she refused to give me any information on who I should complain to. On December 31, 2020 I went into the store only to have her walk around with me, talking [censored] the entire time. When I went to pay, she stood next to me, standing in my way, as I tried to exit the store. When I got to the door, I asked her what her problem was.. she said "oh I just wanted to see if you would beep." I told her to grow up. She then followed me outside and stood in the parking lot till I drove off.
Lori let's her "friends" and others that she likes go in the store with duffle bags. And I have seen many other people go in the store with purses twice the size of mine... yet these people are told nothing. I have also seen Lori park in the back of the store and load boxes in her car.. this I've seen quite a few times which only leads me to believe she is taking merchandise and just doesn't want anyone she doesn't like going to the store and seeing what she does.
I'm asking you to take this matter with Chris at store#5102 and Lori at store#5082 seriously and effectively handle this situation. Even though I feel that they both should be fired for their actions, I'm leaving this matter in your hands with the confidence that both these employees will be dealt with properly and quickly.

Thank you,
Shauna Salcido
