Banfield Pet Hospital

Today has been one of the saddest days of my life. I took my Khloe to Banfield at 5707 W Northern Gendale Az for her wellness check this morning and finally had let Banfield talk me into adding the dental cleaning on Khloe's plan. I get a call a few hours later telling me that Khloe had went into cardiac arrest while she was under. Khloe had died as a result of whatever decisions your Dr Rucker made in her procedure. My heart is broken and I am emotionally a wreck right now. How can this happen I ask myself I never dreamed that this would be the last morning that I got to spend with my baby Khloe. Who is going to be responsible for this? I was trying to do things to keep Khloe healthy and Banfield took Khloe from me. Banfield is paying for the cremation of Khloe so I went back to them today for her records and I asked about the payments related to Khloe's monthly plan and I am being told that I would probably have to continue paying them. I couldn't believe that response, my Khloe has died while in Banfield's care and I am going to have to continue to pay for her plan. Another great way for me to be reminded of the hurt and grief that I am suffering every month that they collect their payment. My Khloe is gone forever and I have to pay for it, really? Thanks Banfield for tearing my heart out.
