I have been getting laser hair removal treatments since Nov 2006. Two and a half year later the hair growth is worse than ever, I have to shave twice a day. Now I am informed by them that my treatments have expired.
I showed frustration at every teatment and was told by the technician that treatment would continue untill it worked. Obviously it is not going to work.
The same goes for the foto facial I paid for. I was told it would make a scar go away. That was the selling point. I still have the scar and no results.
We should be able to do an law suit against these people. I don't care how long it takes, they are ripping people off and need to be stopped.

An attorney needs to be contacted... I hope to print out all the complaints and report them to the better business bourough for starters.I have requested copies of my records and we will see if they give them to me,
