I used to love Panda. I visited this store on 11/9/2020 @ about 8:30 pm and was the only patron there at that time. I was told that my entree would be made to order in 5 mins. I waited over 20 mins and got home to an incorrect order that looked like the expired remnant leftovers from the steam table. I filed a complaint and after no response and 2 emails w/Noemi @ Panda Express Guest Care, I was mailed a $10 gift card for my trouble.
I returned to #1047 on 11/7/2020 @ 6:30 pm - Cook was unhappy that it was busy and was verbal about it - he allowed newly cooked food to stand outside of steam table for several minutes. Employee using a gloved-hand to pick up and ‘replace' food that had fallen out of a patron's food container. I'm So Done!
