Porsche - Porsche PDK transmission installation

December - January 2020-21. The Chandler Arizona dealership is filled with thunderous blunders one after the other. I told the service manager, I have had 2 PDK service performed in the last week on the car. Problem is PDK leak. I do not want a PDK service. I asked them to verify PDK leak at top of gearbox and what the remedy was. Blunder 1, they performed a PDK service. Told me the leak was from the plastic PDK fluid pan. I questioned that logic. They added blunder 2, stating the plastic pans warp over time. I explained, I just paid 300 dollars for a new pan with a PDK service performed last week. Blunder 3, they guaranteed this was the problem as they used a blue die to trace the leak. Blunder 4, I picked up the car after service manager guaranteed the gearbox was completely repaired. In their parking lot I looked under the car and saw fresh oil on the cross member. Tech said, that's residue. Tech must of missed cleaning that. Drove it home, PDK leaked on garage floor. Dealership fetched the car.
After 4 weeks January 2021, Gear box was replaced, with a 2 year guarantee.
July 29th, 2021, I decided to have headers put on the car by an independent shop. Car has not been on a lift since Porsche Chandler replaced PDK. Bolt on cross-member was lose and jammed. Chandler Porsche was the last to wrench on the car. July 29th, I contact General Manager. Dealership had car towed to their shop for inspection. Said, it was not something they would have done. They never inspected anything else. Returned the car to my independent shop on July 30th mid afternoon. My independent shop removed the undercover to perform a full inspection on all the bolts since the dealership refused too. 2 top transmission bolts were missing. One bold was found laying next to the gearbox. Late afternoon, I immediately asked the GM to come over and inspect this problem. He refused! I asked if he inspected the gearbox bolts. He did not. The jammed cross member bolt goes into a sub frame unit that has to be replaced. The General Manger refuses to do repairs. I explained this is a major liability created by your blundering techs. We found this major blunder by accident. The gearbox could have dropped out in traffic around Tractor Trailers on the highway. I have more photos of bolts missing. The General Manger (Joe Akers) refuses to perform repairs.
You can contact me at [protected]@cox.net

Desired outcome: Pay for the repairs. I don't trust their workmenship.
