We try to visit BK every week to 10 days; but that has drastically changed. Ten days ago, we waited forever in the drive-thru, probably 15 5o 20 minutes, in mid-afternoon.
When we finally did get our order, there was NO receipt.
Yesterday same loooooooong wait, with only one vehicle in front of us. And the receipt was torn in such a way, the store number was missing. And she short-changed me!
It is very obvious to me they are trying to run a business with a skeleton crew.
I plan on lodging a telephone complaint with the manager, and will give them ONE MORE chance to improve.
It it doesn't improve McD's will gain a new customer.
