I got my mailer this week, highlighting the Minute Maid frozen strawberry lemonade. I wanted to bring my girls for a reward to get this. I should have known better as their icee machine is always broken. Per par I attempted to order these for the girls and myself when I was told the frozen drink machine has not woked in days. Then there I was stuck in a drive through line, What is wrong with the business?
Desired outcome: get Frozeen drink machine fixed
Burger King - 25 minute wait for order
On 3/2/20 at 1755 per cash register receipt, I placed an order. We were the second and third customer inside. At 1822 after 6 new customers had been served inside and 8 vehicles had go thru drive thru, I asked for a refund. The person behind counter looked around and said our order was on the hot plate but no one had put it on a tray. He was nice and agreed to the refund with no problem. With this store being in a grand opening, not serving the food in a reasonable time is not a way to get and keep customers. I prefer hamburgers from BK, but we left and went to your competitor just across the parking lot. Will be a long time before I go back to this BK. Sorry, but service goes a long way more than a remodeling.
