I was shopping at Cato in Jacksonville, AR. I was to follow around the store because I was black. They did follow the white customer around the store. They keep asking me did I need any help.

When the white customer enter the store, they treat her different. You need to stop this behavior at your store locate at 2070 John Harding Dr., Jacksonville, Ar.
