Academy Sports And Outdoors

We got a WiFi trail cam for Christmas and it does not work. The local store refused to return for store gift card because it was past the 60 day return period! For a Christmas gift? Everyone shopped early due to all the talk about shortages. My husband went to the Academy Sports the day after Christmas (today) only to be met with a rude employee at the return desk who was making everyone mad refusing their returns. The item cost $114 and we wanted a gift card to buy non-WiFi cameras on their website. But they refuse to give us a credit and now we have a non-working gift. We will not support Academy any longer if this is how they care about customers. Then they make it impossible to contact them unless you want to live chat, which I do not.
