Hello,
Saturday night at 10:00 pm we arrived and were seated promptly in a booth. We sat there for 15 mintues with out a server taking our order. There were 4 other tables with customers, they all had their food when we arrived.
There were servers gathered talking by the counter. The lady that seated us was talking to friends that were hanging out in the front of the store.
We love steak n'shake. When traveling we always look for your store for a good burger and fries. This stop was a mistake.
We left without eating, no one said a word as we walked through the store and out the door!
