Burger King

A s a past fast food general manager I am not one to complain BUT. stopped by Burger king on east main in Prattville Alabama tonight. My mistake. I ordered a number w/ cheese no lettuce or tomatoes and a diet coke. the girl repeats whopper no tomato no lettuce anything else. I repeat that's a number one with cheese no lettuce or tomato with a diet coke. Order taker so you want a number one and another whopper. No that's a number. that's when she cut me off and rudely says pull up. rudely she says 9.41. I can see in the building and the manager is talking on her cell phone. the girl snatch's the money from my hand. then sticks her hand about 2 inches out the window with my change. NO thank you not one word. again sticks her hand out about 2 inches with my drink. Then the same with my order. I understand being shorthanded. and that can be stressful. I can not understand rudeness. Please address this problem before you lose more guest. You have lost this one
