Hello I'm writing to inform you on the customer service I have received at your store this evening. The cashier was very rude and unfriendly. Cursing and throwing things saying she was not going to do anything else for the rest of the night. Needs to say she took my daughters skirt and threw it on the back table and did not ring it up. I did not discover it until I walked out the store and looked at my receipt. I then went back into the store then she had an attitude saying you did not give me two skirts well I only rung you up for one. Then my daughter said to her I put it on the counter and you put it I. The pile with the other clothes. Ok now one pair of pants had green marker in them and the other single pair of pants rung up for 19.95 as a 2pk instead of 10 for a single pair of pants which they was not connected to another pair of pants they was folded on the shelve by them self. Her attitude stinks and needs to be addressed. The young lady needs some customer service skills and needs not to have an attitude with the customers if it's the workers and store not putting up the clothes correctly. Not my fault but fix the issue and have some respect. Needs to say then going to ask the other worker when I came I told her she just rung me up and I just walked out the store. If she would pay attention to what she supposed to be doing and not running her mouth to the other workers while ringing up the customers then she would have rung up all me items and known if I was just in line or not. This is bad service tor you all and I would never spend another dollar in this store again. The store is all junky and clothes threw all over the place, air not working and them bad Customer service. The cashier/ manager I guess is a young black lady with black hair with brown dyed streaks on both sides. Had on a Murphy 2021 graduation T-shirt.
