My name is Remona Ivy. ([protected]@gmail.com). I canceled my account in 2019 due to me and my children losing our home and mostly sleeping in our car and hotel from time to time. We are still homeless and you all still refuse to cancel this account. You all have token food, gas, medical, and other finances, money out of me and my children's mouths because your staff refuses to cancel my account. You all just took money on 04/17/2023 now I can't afford a hotel room for my children and me to have a tremendous peaceful tonight. Your staff doesn't care which is an example of your company. I need to be compacted for all the money you all took from my family.
I will be consulting with a lawyer for all companies that have stolen from me if more than three weeks go by without notifying me. I am pissed and fed up!
Desired outcome: I need to be reimbursed from when I called and walked in to cancel my account in 2019. I have not walked in since 2019 because my children and I are homeless!
