Marengo County DHR in Linden, Alabama is notorious for not reporting physical child abuse to the police, leaving children in the hands of their abusers & the abusers enabler, ignoring factual proof & video evidence that abuse or neglect has occurred & disregarding the rules of a safety plan they created to alienate father's from their children. A child was brutally burned in 2016 & Marengo County DHR did not report their findings to law enforcement. They did however, give the the child to its grandmother who was present when the burn occurred at her residence & whom also failed to seek medical care for the child. Despite the pleas of the father & undeniable proof, Marengo County DHR kept these children with the grandmother. Although they were notified repeatedly that the abuser was living in the home with the child & given picture & video proof. Marengo County DHR continuously allowed the abuser & the abusers enabler to repeatedly subject these children to abuse, theft, alcohol & violence. One child has already succumbed to death while in the mother & grandmother's care.
