I ordered for pickup. After waiting there for 30 minutes on food, I asked to speak to the manager and requested a refund. The entire time while waiting, I observed the manager standing and talking in the back of the restaurant the entire time the rest of the staff struggled. As I spoke with the manager about my refund, she informed me it would have to be refunded by the district manager being that I ordered online through Google. I then let her knew, I had observed her talking the entire time while I was waiting on my order and that it would be in her best interest to actual assist her staff. After waiting for about 15 more minutes, I changed the order to dine in so my kids who were waiting in the car could eat as soon as possible. We came inside and the food was finally delivered to the table. To shorten this, the hispanic waitress then decided not to fix my children and I drinks, mainly bc they were not ordered on the ticket and I showed attitude for her saying she could ring the drinks up even though I had waited for over an hour for 3 small meals. I then had to go out to my vehicle and get 2 bottles of water so we could have something to drink with our meals. I didn't even touch the French toast, I was so upset from such bad treatment. There were hair particles around the rims of the fruit bowls. It was just an entire mess. My family and I don't expect to be treated like this. Leadership and customer service values are not well in this new location. I expect to hear back from someone and would like my money back. I will also be doing a review on Google.
