Dear customer service I am complaining about being overcharged for cat food every week I go into Family Dollars by the same employee I tell her the price y'all have listed on the Shelf but she charged me what it ringing up in your system which is not fair if it's on the shelf saying one price that's what I should be charged so I feel like she pocketing the money at the end of her shift and I just want to be treated fairly when it come to my dollars I went into the store on July 18th and she wrong up cat food for $0.85 and it wasn't a price on the shelf for $0.85 even the highest price on the Shelf was $0.70 for cat food so instead of arguing with her I just paid the price cuz I needed the cat food and I also purchase laundry detergent which was $15 on the shelf and she charged me $17.50 for that
Desired outcome: The employee need to learn how to go back there and check the prices on the Shelf instead of being lazy

To start off with this ain't the first time they are rude as hell every time we go in there I took back some clippers never been open I had the receipt and the box was never even open and I wouldn't even take it back or give me a reason why they wouldn't take it back besides just being a [censored] what they are every time somebody's in there and I'm not the only person who says that
