Bought a Taylormade #3 Rescue Club on 5/14/2010, hit it on the range at my club, did not like the distance I was getting, so I went by the store today (5/20/2010) to swap for a #5 club.
Not a single person in the golf department, a guy came by, I told him what I wanted. He said that he had only worked there for a week and he would find someone. He went to the back of the store, came back 5 mintues later to say that the person working in that department was in the back doing inventory and wanted to know, "what did I need?" I said I wanted to swap the club, so we went to front of the store, he made out some kind of ticket, then he went again to the back of the store to show the club to the guy that is too busy to come out on the floor my club.
So after another 5 minutes, here comes this guy that says he is the "golf pro" at the store and that he is not taking back the club.
Well, most golf stores will swap a club after a few days, really only hit it one day a few times on the range.
So I left the store and I will not go back there if I can help it.
DSG is not in the customer service business, that sell things, they do nothing after the sale if there is an issue. Dont buy golf equipment there unless you absolutely sure of what you need. Actually, save yourself the frustration, go to a real golf shop. DSG is no cheaper on their name brand clubs, prices are all the same, so why deal with DSG?
