I just started a Black Card membership because I like the rates, multiple locations and the hydro massage. I went last night and this afternoon. During my showers, staff members came in multiple times to slam the paper towel dispenser repeatedly as if to get me out. BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! They didn't stop until they heard the shower turn off. First location had only four members including myself, for it was around 1am. Second location the staff member came and saw me changing and walked out. So I know it was staff members. If that's how you treat paying customers, no wonder I keep seeing complaints. Next time you pull this [censored], I'm kicking that f'n thing off the wall. Hire people with customer service skills, not just some jack @$ with muscles and no brains. I should've went with Alaska Club.
