On Jan 10, 2022 I left my first message at the La-Z-Boy office in Anchorage Alaska letting them know my chair was broken and needed repair.
Today is Feb. 22, 2022 and the chair is still in my living room - broken and unable to use.
I have documented all the phone calls and can list them if you want. Dates, Times, If I spoke to someone or left a message.
I was finally given a day and time that they were going to pick up my chair. Sunday Feb. 20 between 3:45p and 5:45p. No one came and no one called. At 6:00pm, I called them and was told they were running a little behind but would be there by 7:00pm. At 7:30pm, I tried to call again, but the office was closed. I referred to the web site they gave me to Track My Order, and could see that the time had changed to 9:50pm to 10:20pm for delivery. I waited until 10:25pm then went to bed. They called me at 10:30pm to let me know they were sorry, but they were not able to pick up my chair. Lots of excuses...
Botom line is that today the chair is still in my living room - still broken - still can't sit in it.
I no longer want to work with these people and am requesting a full refund. Come pick up the chair and return the $889.97 dollars to me that I paid for it.
Desired outcome: Please refund my purchase of $889.97.Please reply to this complaint.
