So, I had some dealings with U.S Litigation Support Services (uslitigationsupportservices.com) back in February 2023. I was tasked with serving some papers for them, which I did promptly and professionally. However, it's now been 59 days since I completed the job and I still haven't received any payment or even a response from them.

It's really frustrating because I rely on this kind of work to make a living, and now I'm going to have to send them to a collection agency just to try and get my money. It's not fair that I should have to lose out on my total fees just because they can't be bothered to pay me on time.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend working with U.S Litigation Support Services. They seem to have a real problem with paying their contractors, and that's just not acceptable in this day and age. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to work with, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

So, I was looking for some litigation support services and stumbled upon uslitigationsupportservices.com. I sent them a quick email asking for a quote and boy, did I get a response! The person who replied to me was so rude and insulting, it was unbelievable. I mean, I just asked for a quote and they acted like I was asking for their firstborn child or something.

Anyway, I did some more research and it seems like this company is just a referral service that charges way more than they should in order to make a commission. I mean, I get it, everyone needs to make a living, but why be so rude to potential customers? It's not like I was asking for anything unreasonable.

I did hear that Bill Null, the owner of the company, does some things himself, but honestly, I don't think it's worth it to deal with someone who treats people so poorly. There are plenty of other litigation support services out there that are much more professional and respectful.

This here company done reached out to my bizness to do some work for 'em. I did the job they asked for on the same day and sent 'em an invoice. But it's been months now and I ain't heard nothin' back from 'em and ain't got no payment neither. I tried lookin' 'em up on the New Jersey Secretary of State and turns out they ain't even registered as a bizness entity in the state. So I reckon y'all shouldn't be sendin' 'em no work or takin' no work from 'em.

I sent them a quitclaim deed to be recorded back in October 2021, and it's now June 2022, and my document has still not been recorded. I've tried to contact them multiple times via email, but I haven't received any response. When I called their phone number, I was directed to a voicemail answering machine, which is really frustrating. It seems like this guy just took my money and did nothing in return.

I paid a very high price for their services, and the payment went through immediately. I even have a Fed Ex receipt showing that the document was delivered to them. But despite all of this, I haven't received any updates or information about the status of my document. It's really disappointing and unprofessional.

To be honest, I feel like I've been scammed. This guy is just a plain and simple thief. There's no other way to look at it. I trusted U.S Litigation Support Services to handle my important legal document, and they completely let me down. Now, I'll have to pay another company to do the recording, which is an additional expense that I wasn't planning for.

Overall, I would not recommend U.S Litigation Support Services to anyone. They're unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and find a different company to handle your legal needs.

I wouldn't recommend using US Litigation Support Services. Firstly, their fee is way too high compared to other online and in-person notary services. I mean, seriously, you can get your documents notarized for significantly less elsewhere. Heck, my brother's convalescent home staff notarized our documents for free! Secondly, we paid for the service using our credit card and received a blocked link. We were then referred to a tech help service that didn't have a clue about US Litigation Support Service and couldn't help us at all. The owner of the service was no better. He promised to send us a new link but failed to do so. When we finally reached the service, he refused to refund the charge even though he didn't provide any of the services he promised under the contract. We had to file a fraud claim with Visa to cancel the charge. So, if you don't want to go through the same ordeal, I suggest you stay away from this service.
