US Automotive Protection Services review: Dealing my claim, downgrading my contract without my knowledge, false accusations, and notes, to cover their initial makstakes.

I got a contract( the deluxe plan which is the best plan,which was recently changed to a less valuable plan without my knowledge but the same price with US AUTOMOTIVE PROTECTION SERVICES in 2019. Monthly debits from my account ( 121 and change) . In May of 2022, my transmission went out. I called made a claim, had my car towed to grub's nissan in fort worth, texas.Which is now longhorn nissan. It seemed that everything was working smoothly. What I did didn't know is that they shipped in their own transmission.Without the cooler, which is a necessary item for the correct performance of the transmission.To keep it from overheating. ( I'll circle back to the cooler situation). Fast forward to March 2026. On my way home from work, I started to notice that my car would not accelerate. I remember this situation from my transmission issue in 2022. Once again, I made the call. Do US automotive protection services. Make my claim, call the towing company. They came and . picked up my vehicle just like they did.The first time. Now, the deception , accusations, lies, and dishonorin of my contract starts. I get an email that states that my claim is denied. Because the cooler was'declined by me. I call din to ask them. Why would I decline it cooler when my 100? Dollar deductible, what cover the cooler?And my transmission? They stated that was what the paperwork said. Keep in mind, they never called me about a cooler. Nor did I know anything about a cooler being needed. I spoke to numerous individuals who were rude and disrespectful and dismissive. Their names were john mike and andrew. I asked him. Who was the owner of the company or the CEO of the company? And they had no clue. Then, they asked me for receipts for brakes receipts for transmission fluid, and receipt from previous claims( we we'll circle back to this issue as well).I kept telling them that I didn't decline the cooler. I knew nothing about a cooler being needed. And I would have never declined it, because my deductible would cover that, along with the transmission continuously! Then, they proceeded to accuse Nissan of declining, a cooler, which is defamation. Because of nissan's business reputation. They also, defaintamed my character by lying on me and accusing me of declining. The cooler I have no signature of my name from them. No phone call nothing! Now, let's circle back to the paperwork. I recently, received an email from them, saying that they have no record of replacing my transmission.In 2022, while sending me paperwork from my transmission replacement by them in 2022, stating once again that I declined the cooler, which is a recommended necessary. Item, which was told to me by andrew in which I have transcribed documentation of him saying that! I renewed my contract with them in August 2024, unknowing that they were deceptive, initially by not adding the cooler to my transmission. The first time and I didn't know a company named ( MERIT) was involved with u s automotive protection services until I made the claim in march of this year. In the midst of me making my claim in March. I also made a claim about my axle and orlike but they never mentioned that. They were so focused on declining the transmission. Because they initially made the mistake with the first transmission. So they're trying to cover they're behind and accuse me and later accused nissan of declining.It. then, they accuse me of paying for the first transmission out of my own pocket, which makes no sense. Because why would I need the protection plan? If I paid for it out of pocket? So, now my mike's my car is still at the nissan dealership, they won't honor my contract now they're trying to get me to pay half on the axles. And the oil lake that is covered in my contract. Then, they tell me that I have seven months left.In order to pay off my full contract and that I will have two years free. What good. Does that do me right now to have 2 free years on my contract? When you will not honor the contract because of a mistake that you made in 2022 that you're trying to cover up and accuse me and nissan of doing in which we most definitely did not. But, there's still looking for their monthly payments from me. If you guys know of an attorney who deals with these kind of issues.Please contact me. My name is Johnny Croon.
