Local businesses involved in defrauding consumers & innocent people may be running more than just illegal scams in Fremont, CA. A local business advertising an Apple Mac computers for sale on Craigs List turns out to be a scam and consumers may have uncovered a big operation in the Bay Area. Researching a business entity may reveal several fictitious business names all listed under the same individuals, however, when these business entities are listed under the same business address, it raises concerns. It raises more concern and red flags when it is discovered that these businesses are not registered or licensed with any of the City, County or State of California License Boards or Federal Agencies, including the FTB & FCC.
The FBI Should Investigate AWWTV, AWW aka Afghanistan World Wide Television Network and One World Hunger in Fremont, CA, & other fictitious businesses operated under the “Qadir” Clan in the East Bay Area, Fremont, Newark, San Jose, San Ramon, California. These people operate under several fictitious business names inlcluding an Afghanistan Television & Radio Broadcast, Non Profit Organization & Real Estate Brokers that may be more than a cover up for illegal activities & scams. Listed as self proclaimed CEO/Founder are Armann Qadir, Mohammed Qadir, Wahid Qadir & Said Qadir, PH.D, aka "Armann" who apparently is the same pictured individual that ran or currently runs an unlicensed "Better Rate Financial in New Park Mall, Newark, CA".
These people seem to be all related or perhaps it's the same individual using several aliases. There are more than a dozen accomplices involved with these businesses, both domestic, here in the Bay Area and International. These businesses are operated by experienced professional scam artists in the Afghanistan Community who apparently have been doing this for a long time.
AWWTV aka Afghanistan World Wide Television Network is operated by Armann Qadir, CEO/Founder. He is also listed as CEO/Founder of several fictitious business entities in the East Bay. What raises questions, is that all the fictitious business names are listed under the same business address in Fremont, California. Armann Qadir is also listed on several website Blogs as a Professional Scam Artists, DJ, Real Estate Broker, Events Promoter, etc, and may include several types of businesses that are yet to be identified. A self proclaimed and well known Scam Artist, Armann Qadir aka "The Brainchild" and his accomplices have defrauded customers, vendors and the public from thousands of dollars by refusing refunds, unpaid services rendered and false advertising. Luring consumers and business clients with their Radio & Television advertising scams, and non profit charity allows them to conduct fraudulent advertising, fundraising events, Real Estate & Mortgage Loans scams, including Bait & Switch scams and illegal Adult Entertainment Events (Orgy).
The Non Profit Organization, One World Hunger (OWH)is operated by Wahid Qadir and is listed under the same business address. Although the place of business is set up as a Radio & Television Broadcasting station there’s no equipment and no employees onsite. The building does not display address numbers or business signs. The One World Hunger’s website posts cash donations to provide food for poor children and people in Afghanistan. As a Non Profit Organization, there is no warehouse to house non cash contributions. They also lists on their website "Past Projects" and scheduled Charity Events with several business entities, none of the businesses have ever heard of One World Hunger or have ever conducted any type of business projects or chartity related activities with One World Hunger.
AwwTV & Better Rate Financial also appear to be a scam. After much research, it was discovered that there are no business license or records in the City of Fremont, Newark, County of Alameda or the Secretary of State in California. The City of Fremont & Newark is currenlty investigating. If a business is legitimate, shouldn't they obtain a business license & permits like every ligitmate and honest business?
Researching records through the City of Fremont Revenue Division for One World Hunger, revealed that they have closed their account suddenly on 9/21/09. Coincidently, the same day an article posted on [redacted].com about AWWTV & One World Hunger. Although, One World Hunger is registered with the Secretary o f State as a non profit organization, this may be just a cover up. Like I stated, One World Hunger claims on their website to have business relations with several non profit organizations or similar services, all officials confirmed that they never done business or even heard of OWH. So you decide... Is One World Hunger is SCAM?
Most recently, OWH website posts an upcoming Charity Event AND will be collecting school supplies and warm clothing for Ronald Mcnair middle school in East Palo alto, Ravenswood school dist. On 10/25/09. Again, school officials have confirmed that they are not aware of any scheduled charity event with OWH or any other organizations.
If you want more information just Google their names and you will find all the scams and victims involved. If you have been a victim of their scams, please contact the State Attorney General and forward your complaint! Post your complaint on several Free Blogs websites and sooner or later these individuals will be crying their way to jail!

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I know this family when they lived in NY. I went to school with Habib Qadir. The whole family was forced to leave NY because Wahid Qadir borrowed money from a guy who was known to be affiliated with the mafia. Wahid Qadir had a huge gambling problem. Their father owned a pizzeria in Flushing, NY and was forced to hand the key to the guy that his son had borrowed money from. Before running away from NY, they reached out to family members and asked for money. Several family members lend them thousand of dollars some even gave their life savings. They were promised that they will all be paid back in full but they never saw their money back from these scumbags. Habib Qadir went to P.S. 197 then to I.S. 53 and finally to Far Rockaway High School. Their mother Parween Qadir passed away from Cancer approximately 3 years ago.
I work for a small business and Wahid Qadir from One World Hunger wrote a bad check for our services which we will never recover the money for. I am looking into putting in a complaint with someone. Isn't it a crime to pass on bad checks?
Of course its a crime to pass bad checks. Contact your local law enforcement and they will guide you to who you need to file a complaint with.
These two man named Habib and Mohammed tried to rent house in Fremont. They sometime brought one elder man and one elder woman as their parents.

The business I manage was just scammed by these guys! The owner, Armann was using the business name AFTAB Media Group with the same address listed above and was using the alias Armann Habib. I also dealt with his brother (young, tall guy) Mohammed aka "Mo." They said they would print marketing materials and send out a 6 person team to distribute 10, 000 pieces all over the area. As soon as we paid the initial installment, I never heard from them again. They not only took our money but a large supply of our own flyers, coupons, etc. I've filed reports with the BBB, State Attorney General and the Alameda County Consumer Protection Division. We are a small business and were duped into thinking these guys could help us expand. They are a huge FRAUD and in my personal opinion, the [censor] of the earth. Don't let them get you, notify the proper authorities so we can send these guys to the slammer where they belong!
