Lease Cancelled before Occupation - R66,500 Refund Not Paid
A residential lease facilitated by Univest Property Group (Pty) Ltd was cancelled lawfully during the statutory cooling‑off period, prior to occupation of the property.
Despite this, an upfront payment totaling R66,500 (rent and deposits), paid on 4 March 2026, has not been refunded.
The matter is currently being addressed through the appropriate statutory channels.
