United Cargo review: Transportation of vehicles

I reached out to them on June 18th, and spoke with John, who collected $1000 downpayment to arrange for vehicle pickup on June 22nd. On the 19th he requested another $500 be sent directly to the driver, which I did. They have $1500 paid for the transport and no one has showed up to transport the vehicles as of June 23rd. The representative called the 22nd and said he would reach out when the driver was enroute, but he did not call back, and when I called it went to a voicemail with no name only an extension. I am wondering if the organization is legitimate.
