On 03/28/2022 at 5:54pm an amount of $67.32 under the company name of uniquetrendyultrajewel was pended into holding (which of course meant that neither myself nor my husband could touch the money under the charge until the charge either cleared or was refused by our bank. We did not buy anything from your company under ANY company name you may or may not go by, or under any website you may or may not use to supposedly rip off your non-customers into non-sales of your products. Including scams, you people use to engage in to obtain credit card and banking information with which to defraud as many consumers as possible. We will call this what it is, FRAUD, and GROSS NEGLIGENCE, (at its best}. Just as soon as my bank's mandatory wait period is over, we will be reporting this incident to ALL the proper authorities if our $67.32 is not returned in full immediately and notifying al the vendors you use to peddle your products such as Etsy and Amazon, especially Amazon. They need to be fully aware what their so-called "Prime Membership" Actually pays for.

Desired outcome: Money taken without cause nor product sold to us returned to us immediately and with no further delay.
I had the same experience as the individual above. Same company, same amount $67.32 only mine occurred on April 13th and my credit card company let the charge go through. I opened a dispute but I have none of the paperwork they require so I am screwed. The company's phone is always busy so you can't talk to them. They have an email address and I sent them an email but I doubt I will receive an answer. This company is a complete scam operation and should be shut down immediately.
