My family and I booked at umhlanga sands but due to testing positive for covid we did not go

I was given a voucher since covid but now when I want to use my voucher to book another room there are no rooms available! I have been trying to make a booking since may 2022 it is now nov 2022 still no rooms available but when my husband calls the hotel directly they hav space? They quick to take peoples money but time to pay back they are referring me to some lady that does timeshares but I booked directly with the hotel. Please do not fall for them when they say they will give u a voucher to use at a later date! Digusting service from a such a big company
