Ultimate Guitar Tab LLC review: Possibly fraudulent billing

This app renewed itself last year after I thought I had set it to not renew. So I did not complain. I just followed the process to cancel the subscription.

This year, it renewed again. I look on my google play - not there. I contact the app in two places and started getting two responses. They were identical except for the names. They "took it to their manager" and can "offer" a partial refund. I repeatedly asked for a full refund and to talk to the manager. It was like messaging with teenagers in a call center. No cares. One replied after a while and said "I am the manager" and I believe it was bogus after all of the other responses I received. I finally said this is fraud and called my credit card.

While I was on the phone with my credit card company they approved a refund.
45 emails were exchanged to get that.

How many people would persevere that long? This is criminal. I checked a few forums - on ultimate guitar pro and found some on reddit where others are having the same experience. I don't even know how to report this company so I thought I would start here.
