ukwallpaper.co.uk review: Taking payments for goods they can not supply

I ordered on line after speaking with the company and was told delivery would be in 3- 5 working days after many phone calls and still being fobbed off finally spoke to another person male who said they didnt have any supplies of the stock i had ordered and havent had any for ages so therefore why did they take my money promise delivery and keep on telling lies to me .they also insist that payment hasnt been taken yet it shows taken on mt account. they refused to refund the payment stating that it hadnt been taken. i am now seeking to get a refund through the card supplier and trading standards

i know its only a small amount but its the principle that matters iwas going to place an order if the product was suitable and available of over £1000 so glad i didnt
