I ordered a pair of UGGS, when they arrived - from CHINA, they were obviously not authentic. Their website says they are 100% Authentic. I can return the boots for a refund, but I have to send them to China. When I contacted the company, they would not even sign a name to the email they sent. They apparently have a sister company called excellentboot.com as well. I wish people would have reported them, so I would not have to be going through this aggravation right now.
I contacted UggsAustralia and notified them of the scam.

I agree they claim to authentic but they are cheap knockoffs. This company is a rip off. I have not been able to make contact with them.
I ordered from this company on december 15, 2009 and still have not received the boots yet and they were supposed to be here for christmas. i have done some checking on this company and they use two different business names that are barneysboots.com and excellentboots.com and the name they use for taking your money is solarfootwear and their telephone # is [protected]. I just tried contacting them and they are closed until december 28, 2009 . I hope this information helps you.
Me too! They still have not refunded me and I sent the fake boots back in November!
I also ordered boots from this company and returned on pair by USPS in Jan 2010. To date I have not
received my refund of $75.00. I have tried to reach them several times but received no answer. I purchaes them through Paypal. I am going to email Paypal them or maybe you can let me know what else I can do. I will never, ever order anything again from China, even if it was FREE.
