UCUMC review: Preschool

I had paid admission fee for preschool for my daughter which is supposed to begin next month.

Due to my job circumstances I had to move out of charlotte city to another location which is about one hour drive from preschool.

275$ + 190$ was paid in advance for the admission.

When I contacted the preschool, the admin was rude and dint reply back or even talk about the refund.

Admin seems to say they have a policy which says there's no refund which was not clear and I dint come across any such policies while paying the fee and if service is not received such fraudulent policies are not applicable in USA.

I want BBB to help me refund my $465 is not at all a small sum of money. If I had taken their service I had no rights to ask for refund.

Please help UCUMC preschool admin understand that this is not a small amount and educational institute should set an example, not indulge in fraudulent activity as in my case.

This complaint is also to help people who are suffering due to COVID-19 effects.
