I paid my FAB Credit Card (5213-xxxx-xxxx-4011) Payment through UAE Exchange, Nesto Hypermarket, Muweilah, Sharjah on 11-11-2019. But when the Credit Card statement came, I found AED 306 debited against late fee charges and interest on retail purchases. I called UAE Exchange as well as FAB to clarify this issue, however you both just blaming each other and not solving this issue. Why I will pay late fee when already paid the amount through UAE Exchange?

As per UAE exchange New promotion that we have to refer three friends to use UAE exchange mbl app and send money through this app and we will both get 100 AED shopping voucher of sending 1000 AED or but my friend sent 3000 AED but still we didn't get any voucher and Still money not reached?
It's a 6th days going on to send money.
