The remittance has been made on 13th March 2020 but until today (24/03/2020) it is not credited on my recipient bank.

Tried to call their call centre, nothing is picking the phone. Tried contacting their branches but call is just dropping. No luck.

Tried also sending email, but only auto response mail is received.

Anyone had a contact number functioning?

Hi, did transfer on 3rd March. Money not yet credited. Called call centre 3 times on 7th, 16th and 18th to follow up and every time got a different reply with no time when this will be sorted. I understood during the calls that money is lying in UAE and has not been transferred Even cancellation is not being accepted if money has not been transferred.
Was promised call back but didnt receive one still.
Can i get a simple reply when can i get the money back.

I done the transaction on 14 march 2020 today is 23 march but still money is not received in my indian acc and funny thing is when i call to customer care they told me we will update You on 25 means they will take another 5 days

I transferred money in 2nd march 2020 using uae exchange web app using direct debit. But has not been transferred yet and every time they are coming up with news excuses. These people are spoiling the name of company brand value. I will highly recommend to not transfer money using uae exchange company. UAE central government should help us to get our money back at the earliest.

i have made a bank transfer on 13th March by paying thew amount in the UAE Exchange branch at Al Nahda Dubai. After repeated inquiry and further promises by the exchange center, the amount is still not credited into my account. Need my money back or should be credited immediately as promised.

If there any issues exists with bank either they shouldn't have collected money or should return the amount immediately.

I have made online Remittance through UAE Exchange App on 12.03.2020 to my India account. Money already deducted from my UAE bank account but still Indian account not credited. Pls. I have tried using my card thrice at different locations. All transactions failed. I even had to pay a decline fee today. I have been facing this problem since last 2 days. I tried calling the customer service in Australia but no body is answering the phone.
Please provide me with an explanation and a solution to this problem.
Also I would like to know my options for transferring the money from go cash to a bank account.

The money transfer request has been done on 14/02. Up to now (19/03), the money has not been credited on our bank account. No transfer has been even initiated so far. The reason of a "technical problem" cannot continue to be given as an excuse. It now becomes a lie. Has the money been misused, diverted ?

We request UAE Exchange to refund immediately the money. Just tell me when we can pass and collect your cheque or the money at your RAK Al Jazeerah Branch.

I have made a money transfer to India on March 5, 2020 but the money has not been transferred yet, after more than 10 days. The status in the UAE exchange account still says "Processing". From India my wife transfer fund 5 days not received the amount and the branch people india saying nonsense reasons about Indian government having issues and can't transfer till nowm they have taken the money from our account and I don't know we're is the money taken

My money transferred to India on 08/03'2020 from oud metha branch dubai . But credited in wrong account due to one number missing in the account number. I already informed the concerned branch. Below attached transfer details.

as per TRN_[protected] I was send AED-2270 on March 10th 2020. As of now that the amount didn't transfer to my account.

Made an online transfer to Canada on 28-Feb-2020 with tentative date of receipt as per your website as 3-Mar-2020. On 3-Mar, transaction shown as processed but there was no credit to the recipient.

Called customer centre, they mentioned money could not be transmitted and is still with UAE Exchange owing to some technical issue, with no sight of when it would be transferred. Called again next day, same answer with no sight of when would it be transferred. I asked to cancel the transaction and refund back my money.

Next day after cancelling, customer care mentioned it would again take time to refund the money as it had been transmitted to the intermediary bank and now cancellation has been requested.

The information being received is divergent with no clarity of where the money is. Please help refund it back to my account at the earliest.

I go to the uae exchange to transfer money feb 28, 2020 at around 9am in my account in bdo but I didn't receive the money so I came back after a day and they said its already credit and the problem is in the bank side but when I call the bank they didn't recieve anything or they dont have any pending transaction so I went again to the uae exchange the day after march 1 and they said it will transfer that day but it's not coming again in my account.. They fool me again.. So march 2 I went again that day they told me that it will credit 2-3days.. I'm to much angry because my family in philippines they need money. So today march 3 I call again my bank but still it's not transfer. So what happen if its emergency and they need this money they will suffer because of your [censored] service. Uae exchange is a big big [censored]..😠😠😠 bad customer service all the staff that I talk is not friendly they will shout at you.. This is the last time I will send money to your [censored] company.😡😡😡

I arrived at the center to collect money in UAE Exchange Branch, the customer service guy named Kenan never greeted, almost throwing things his touching. Not sure if he is tired, or what. Then, he asked me about my card unpolitely. I maintained calm. He told me that he couldn't process my money. Then he asked help from another guy, he did it in less than two minutes. Kenan, didn't even show any sign that he knew customer service. Not even a greeting to customer. First time I encountered a rude staff of UAE exchange. So, to my experience, i will never visit that branch again. Before I leave, I asked him politely to try to smile to customers, he answered rudely 'next time, remind me' such a bad attitude. People around noticed as well how unhappy, unhelpful and rude this guy.

In my last three transfers to Canada the exchange took more than 7 days to transfer the money and that too after I called customer service to find out why my funds had not reached. I ended paying a fine of CAD 200 to my sons university as the funds did not reach in time.

Yesterday, I was told that there was a "technical issue" and my funds had still not been credited when the transfer was done on the 25th of January and the website and the app lies and says that the transaction has been processed and in fact no such thing had been done. So I had to cancel the transaction and still waiting for the credit to appear in my account.
