For the second time in 6 months I have had large withdrawal declined with either no reason given or through no fault of mine. Find an alternative, or repeatedly bang your head against the wall talking to a bot who will lead you down the rabbit hole of talking and answering nothing. I would suggest they work on their customer relationships to provide better support to its customers.

Swan refuses to process my valid bitcoin withdrawal despite promising that withdrawals will take "up to one business day."

Even worse, Swan is refusing to answer my customer service emails.

I received two replies in total after my many inquiries. One was a canned response about a platform upgrade, and the other was a one-sentence reply, with misspellings, saying my withdrawal should be processed on Monday. Of course, it was not.

Swan also chose to initiate its "platform upgrade" without any advance notice to customers, sending an email at 8:45 pm EDT on the Friday night before Memorial Day, completely by surprise.

Since then, withdrawals have been unavailable despite what it says on the help page. After an initial estimate of "a few days" of service disruptions, it is now 11 days and counting, with no end in sight.

Even if Swan experienced technical problems with its upgrade, there is NO REASON to ignore emails and not communicate with customers.

As of today I have no access to my Bitcoin and I am losing hope I will ever see it again.

Add Swan to the long list of crypto companies to avoid.

Swan stands for everything that Bitcoin stands for. Encouraging users to withdraw and self custody their BTC with automatic withdraws is a great example of this. Not to mention their articles in the learn section. Bravo Swan!

The app doesn’t have all the functionality of the website but, for security purposes, that’s a good thing. Importantly, it allows you to smash buy, adjust your DCA plan, and read curated content from Swan advisors and bloggers.

The Swan app makes it super easy for me to pay myself in Bitcoin. To stay humble, stack sats, educate myself, and I love the ability to post screenshots to social media or stackchain!

It is possible to get lower fees, but it’s obvious where those fees go…. Education and Media. Worth it to spend an extra fiat dollar or two to further the cause. Love the setup, the education towards self custody, and metrics. Overall , love the company.

I was at a stop light a couple weeks ago, and bitcoin dropped to $18,800 for a short period of time.

Luckily, I had already downloaded the Swan app and had bought the dip before the light turned green.

Awesome way to stake bitcoin. Excellent educational material. Very fast support if needed. Swan encourages you to remove your bitcoin off of them and into self-custody and will walk you through that process if you need it. Also has #stackchain integration.

Swan is an incredible easy way to buy Bitcoin, set up a cost averaging strategy, learn about Bitcoin and they’re focused on encouraging self custody. Prime Trust is the custodian before you take delivery. Only 0.99% fee to cover the business and that covers temporary custody and network fees.

Swan has to be the best way to stack sats. They have everything you need for your own DCA program or simple one time buy. They will even deliver your coins right to your wallet automatically. They are experts at helping you gift Bitcoin to friends and family and are a fountain of great educational material. It doesn’t get better than this.

I recommend Swan Bitcoin to any friends and relatives who don’t know much about Bitcoin. I recommend they start stacking with Swan and check out their educational resources. I have been talking to friends from college, relatives, and divorcees about rolling over their IRAs and 401ks into Swan Bitcoin. I am even going to recommend their services to my tribespeople.

By far my favorite exchange and the only one I use to DCA into Bitcoin! I’m not really into Altcoins, I just stay focused on the future of money and that’s Bitcoin so this app was perfect for me! The educational content is awesome! The interface and layout of the app is smoothe and simple. I love how much is dedicated to you and your journey/plan to DCA into Bitcoin!

Hopefully people realize now that keeping your precious sats on exchange is playing with fire. I appreciate Swan Bitcoin because they have systems in place to encourage you to self custody your coins. Just set up auto withdrawals, and your in business. Plus, low fees, and access to great resources such as articles, and you’ve got an educational resource too. Also, my friend works there, so there’s that!

Unfortunately, I get trapped in an ongoing and endless loop trying to login. I think the breakdown might be when I click the link in my yahoo email which takes me to the Swan application and it then requests my authenticator code and I have to leave the application to get the Authenticator code. I come back to enter the code and it just takes me back to the login screen. lots of time and frustration here.

That because big said, it would be nice to have the cash value of the bitcoin we own available somewhere. One of my favorite features of the website, is seeing the amount invested, and current value. If that could be in the app, it would be perfect. Also the login process could be smoother. A password, or face recognition. I know it’s a new app and the rough spots will be smoothed out in time. Just a couple of things to focus on.

Just started using your app today. Found a bug and have some requests for Savings Plan.
Other than that the app is simple to use and fees are low. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you creators. I’ll give 4 stars until these features are implemented.

BUG.:
When setting up Savings Plan it says at bottom “ Your ACH withdrawal of $ 100.99 will be initiated on the date above, and continue monthly.” Yet there is NO DATE shown. So how do we know what day it will start?

REQUESTS:
Add option to select what day to start withdrawals.
Also a bi-Weekly withdrawal option since most people get paid every 2 weeks.

Please add support for New York.

I don’t want my personal information involved with your platform I also don’t want to take pictures of myself and submit a tax Id for purchasing small amounts of bitcoin

My honest Review is never sign up with this useless company they are dishonest and they could careless about what situation you are in I would NEVER refer anyone to this company EVER!
