two wheeler second sales review: cheating by two wheeler second sales and finace 2

hello sir i am the one of customer please stop the nonsense this two wheeler shops are really is a robbery sir i purchase a vehicle Rs. 20000 and i will pay 10000 and finance amount is 10000 the shop owner put Rs 2500 for document charges for name transfer and hire purchase agreement and pur 2% interest its ok and then i will take 10 months per one month Rs 1500 i will pay 4 four month regularly then i have a small problem i didnot pay two month only the shop owner cheease the vehicle i went to see the owner and i will pay the two month insalment but the owner did not get the amount and he tell once cheesed u did not get the vehicle go then i asked the owner ok sir i will pay around Rs. 16000 please give a half of the amount he did not give it to me and he will scrolled me a vuglar words.
