This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

In 2007 I was given a means of selling my timeshare through TWA resale company. They guaranteed sale in 90-120 day window. Joyce Heitman spoke with me and said she had worked with the company for 9 yrs with success. I paid $750.00 which I was told was half price deal. After no contact I reached out again to [protected] Ext#2616. Was given a customer service #of Melanie [protected] Ext#2201. She said the account number was 1427 with state license #TC3007, BBB - SFC group was a partner. The verification office was from Angie. Then they explained that if the sale didn't happen after 120 days they would continue to pay for advertisement fees for me until they did sell it. I called again 11-08-07 and was told this time that my contact was Brain Armstrong. Spoke with him several times and lowered the negotiation price of sale. After a few months was never able to talk to anyone again. No online or phone number was correct. They just took my money and disappeared. To this day, I still wonder how many other people have been HAD! So unfair. Just want my money back.

Desired outcome: Want my $750 back and to not have this happen to anyone else

Timeshare resales are as fraudulent as a typical timeshare purchase, they use false contact information to make you believe that they are reselling your timeshare, but it is to steal your money only. It's better to investigate the resaler's name, be sure he actually exists, and it's really him.

check the link, it is about how manipulative they are and how they normally work up to scam people.
