Today 2/8/2021, went in to exchange the bra i bought on the 28th July & the lady refused, even though i had not worn it or anything & had my Docket, that said we will gladly refund or exchange item with in 14 days of purchase, but she refuse on all accounts & told us to get out of shop.not a happy customer.I have worked in Retail most of my life, First time ever have i been refused a refund or exchange while product not opened. Ii was always taught if the customer had a docket & product not open you could refund or exchange.
Desired outcome: just want an exchange
