I was charged ($299) to auto-renew my services with TurboTenant. I never requested the premium package. That package is for landlords who are managing 50+ properties. I own 5. I never requested the upgrade and don't have any use for it at this time. This was unnecessary money spent on something that I can't utilize at this time. TurboTenant refused to refund even the difference for renewal. Definitely wouldn't recommend this service. There are several services out there that offer the same service at more economical fees. Not good business.

Desired outcome: Refund the difference of $150, which is the difference between what I need and what was requested.
