Always meter readings data captures estimating electricity meter readings for consumers. Ignoring the one that was taken. Whenever there is an increase in rates or taxes, they are doubled.
There is so much ignorance in data captures. It is possible that data loggers are doing their jobs drunk or unsupervised. Electricity meter capture systems/applications that also allow uploading of meter readings would be extremely helpful (Including an image of the electricity meter reader).

The data captures also claim that they took the readings, but there are no pictures to confirm their story. A data capture system claims to be accessible on the 9th of every month for electricity meter captures. For consumers, the application is never accessible on the 9th of every month except for the popup error that says the application or system is closed. The application or system will be open between the 9th and 15th of that month.

Desired outcome: Rectify the error on February electricity meter reading TSHWANE MUNICIPALITY ACCOUNT NUMBER <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span>
